What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will be happy to replace the item. Simply follow the instructions below and return the product/s to us at the addresses listed.

◦Goods should be returned within four weeks of the original order date in their original packaging with the original labels/tags.
◦Goods must be unworn and unwashed.
◦You must include the receipt you received with your parcel and indicate why you have returned the goods.

If you would like the goods to be Exchanged, please return via the same courier through which you have received your order.

How can I place an order?
There are two ways in which you can order from Suncuddles.com:
a. You can simply select the products in the sizes and colors of your preference and add them to your shopping cart as indicated next to the product online. At checkout, you will be asked to pay via Paypal.
b. (FOR CYPRUS CUSTOMERS ONLY)You can send an order via the inquiry form on our "Contact" page. Please include the item name, style no., size, color and quantity. If you are a customer in Cyprus, you can pay for your items upon pick up for the items. No checks are accepted, only cash. Charges apply for pay on delivery option.
